Roofing Business University’s mission is to provide knowledge and support to drastically change lives. The company is owned by Matt Griffith and Ben Lalka who have worked in the service business industry for a combined 30 years and have owned their own business for a decade producing over 4,000 projects. Matt and Ben know the incredible opportunity the roofing industry can help potential owners avoid the pitfalls that many business owners fall into that lead to their dream turning into a nightmare. Beyond running a successful business, Matt and Ben have a passion for coaching and making an impact in the lives of others and have had the honor of coaching hundreds of people over the past 15 years.
